Hello again! I’m back with another Great Grocery deals post – basically, I just want to help you find the best deals on Calgary groceries at all the major supermarkets this week. So that you can shop the sales as much as possible, and save some money.

It’s more important than ever that we do that, because prices are rising every week!

- PEACHES (yay!!! Fresh from BC) 2 lb cardboard containers of them for $4.99 (so about $2.49/lb)
- Kelloggs or General Mills cereals (210-525 gram boxes) $3.87
- McCain frozen superfries $2.40 with Scene card
- Blueberries, pint $2.99 with Scene + card (But a buck cheaper at Walmart)
- Baby carrots, 1 lb $1.99 *get 100 extra Scene points when you buy 2*
- Compliments honey, 375 grams $4.99 (pretty good deal for honey now)
- Deli 4 Can Dine for $19.99 deal – A roast chicken or a full back of baby back ribs, any 2 sides and 4 King’s Hawaiian savoury or sweet rolls for $19.99. I like this deal because you also get 250 Scene points, which is basically like getting $2.50 back – taking this deal down to $17.49 essentially. And the chicken itself costs $12.99 regularly.

Walmart

- Ground beef, medium – value pack $5.47/lb
- Corn – still $0.34 each this week, a great value

- Cheez Whiz, 450 grams – $3 off this week, now $2.97
