Keeping that in mind, we’re going to be posting some information about customer service and support at different major hotel chains, to allow you to get the help you need if you have any questions or issues with your stay. Today is all about the Hilton chain of hotels.
Hilton Hotels Customer Service Number
There is one main, easy-to-remember customer service number for Hilton. (This number is for the US & Canada.) 1-800-HILTONS (1-800-445-8667.) That number is the one you should use if you have a comment about a recent stay at a Hilton hotel.
Hilton Online Chat Customer Support
If you’d prefer to type rather than chat, there is an online chat option to speak to a customer service representative from Hilton. Go to Hilton’s Contact Us page on their website, and then click on the ‘Chat Now’ button that is currently located near the bottom right hand side of the page. If it helps – it is a purple button, and all you need to click on it to begin a chat.
Hilton Customer Service Email
If you’d like to take the time to write out an email and send it to Hilton, then that information can be found on their Contact Us page, too. There is a box where you can fill out all your information, including your Hilton Honors number if you have one. There is a large box for composing your actual email, and it will be sent directly to Hilton.
