Microsoft Customer Service

Looking for Microsoft customer service information is liking looking for a needle in a haystack. As a result, many people give up. So how can I contact Microsoft if I have a problem with my laptop, Windows, or any other Microsoft product?

Microsoft Customer Service Phone Numbers Canada

Through my search of their website, I have found a couple contact phone numbers for Canada. At Microsoft’s website, they have an area where you can get worldwide contact information. If you click on Canada, you will get the following information below:

Microsoft Canada Inc.

The Canada office supports: Saint Pierre and Miquelon

1950 Meadowvale Blvd Mississauga, Ontario L5N 8L9

Canadian Head Office: (905) 568-0434

Customer Inquiries: (877) 568-2495

Microsoft TT/TDD: (905) 568-9641

Microsoft Order Centre: (800) 933-4750

There is another section at their website that has global customer service phone numbers. However, it is for business users. But if you click on North America and scroll to Canada, you pretty much get the same numbers as above. This is what you get below:

Microsoft Customer Service Phone Numbers US

The first US number I found at their website was in Microsoft Office contact support. The phone number is (800) 865-9408 (toll-free, US only).

I also went to the Global customer service phone numbers as mentioned in the Canada section above for business users. You click on North America and look for US and you get the following below:

United States+1
+1
(800) 642 7676
(800) 892 5234 (TTY)

Finally, you can go to worldwide contact information as mentioned in the Canada section above and click on US. However, you will get contact addresses and numbers for all their offices in the US. So might be advantageous to pick your home state and see if there is a Microsoft office and go from there.

Microsoft Customer Service Virtual Agent

Lastly, Microsoft has an option where you can speak online to a Virtual Agent. When you choose this option there is a message below this that says the following:

The Microsoft Virtual Agent provides fast, automated troubleshooting for many common problems. If the Virtual Agent can’t help you, we’ll connect you with a Microsoft Support Advocate.

Conclusion

With a little bit of digging, you can find some telephone numbers to contact Microsoft. Most large companies like people to contact their online chats and so on. However, there are still many people who still like to talk to an actual person. For you, hopefully the above information is helpful.
