Best deals on produce at Safeway/Sobeys
They’re having their ‘Dollar Days’ this week, so some good deals to be found.
- Romaine lettuce $1.00
- English cucumbers $1.00 (both of these are amazing deals!)
- 2 lb bag mandarins $3.00
- Compliments 1 lb bag baby carrots $1.00 *with Scene card; otherwise $2.00 a bag
Best deals on produce at Walmart
- Tomatoes on the vine $1.27/lb
Best deals on produce at No Frills
- Peaches $1.99/lb (pretty common sale price this week at a few different stores)
- Cantaloupe $2.99 each
- 10 lb bag russet potatoes $5.99
- Green onions or radishes $0.99 each
- Red mangoes $1.44 each

- Cantaloupe $2.97 each (always a much better deal than by the pound, if you know what I mean. I guess I just like to know the price for the entire melon, rather than figuring it out or having to weigh it!)
