There is nothing more soothing than a cup of delicious herbal tea. So, when I went hunting for some good deals this week I was very happy to discover this sale! Traditional Medicinals organic herbal teas are on an excellent price right now of only $3.99. This is a great deal on organic teas, which can get pretty pricey. Here are the types on sale right now. Please note that sale prices are correct at time of writing, but prices can change at any time.
Traditional Medicinals Nighty Night bedtime tea – A tea blended with chamomile and passion flower to ease you gently, and naturally, to sleep. (I drink a cup of Sleepytime tea every single night. This looks like a lovely alternative!) The box even declares that this tea is a nighttime sleep aid.
There you go, bargain hunters – lovely, organic boxes of tea bags to treat yourself or someone you love. Enjoy a cuppa!

Another deal today…and this time it’s on Everland organic raisins. Organic anything can be expensive, so when I saw this deal for a pack of 1 lb (454 grams) of organic raisins for under $5 I was kind of excited! And yes, I do get excited over a great deal. Don’t you? 🙂
Raisins are excellent in cookies, your morning bowl of oatmeal (I love raisins in oatmeal, along with sliced almonds and ground flax. Yummers!!)…or in lovely cakes such as carrot cake. They’re also an excellent, natural sweet snack for your kids instead of candy. They are naturally gluten free AND vegan, since of course they are simply dried grapes. Delish! And I’m quite sure that when they’re over 50% off they taste even nicer.

While I was trying (without much success!) this week to find some foaming soap refills for our soap dispensers, I came upon some great options at Well.ca! This was my first every order with Well.ca and I have to say I’ve been really happy so far. The price on the foaming soap refills were better than anywhere else (Amazon was WAY more expensive, which surprised me!) and the processing was very fast. I’ll post a link to the soap, if they still have any available.
But, while I was there on their site anyway, my bargain hunting tendencies got the best of me and I started to look for the best sales and deals they have going on right now. Here are all the best deals this week:
Watkins Foaming Soap Refills Canada
Like I said, this stuff was hard to find! Both theLemonand Green Tea variety were still available the last time I checked. Each packet of 828 ml size allows you to fill their foaming soap pump about three times. I stocked up, because over this crazy COVID and flu season, I wanted to make sure to not run out of soap! The large packages of refill soap are $6.99 each – the best price I could find, period. If you guys find a better price, please let me know – whether it’s online or offline!
Boiron Products – 25% off at Well.ca until October 25, 2020
Boiron products are a wide range of homeopathic and natural treatments and therapies for cold and flu season. All of these products are on for 25% off until October 25. They have family bundles of cold and flu natural medicines – this one is on sale for $39.13 right now and includes Oscillococcinum and Boiron Stodal for Adults syrup. (That is their type of homeopathic cough and cold syrup; excellent if you want to try something more naturally derived than the cough syrup you generally can get at the drug store.)
CLEARANCE ITEMS at Well.ca this Week
Now for the ultimate money savers! These items are up to 60% off in Well.ca’s clearance section. We’ll start with the cheapest items first, because you know we like cheap around here. 😉
Only $0.25 for SunBum lip balm – I picked up four of the coconut lip balms, because hey – 4 for a buck is an eyepopping kind of deal! Oops, the coconut is sold out but there is still a banana variety that gets a very good rating and a pomegranate flavour too. Has an SPF of 30, which is handy to keep your lips protected in the sometimes harsh sun of winter. (Which has well and truly arrived here in Calgary. Ugh.)
Only $1.50 for Badger Natural Kids sunscreen – regularly $29.00 – Wowser! i need to post these bargains quickly so you guys actually get a chance to snag these before they’re all gone. SPF 40 by the way – and I’m pretty sure the sunscreen police won’t charge you IF you as an adult wear this kids’ sunscreen. (Wish I had seen this one before I placed my order! hahaha)
Only $4.00 for Little Ones toy cleaner– all natural toy cleaner to scrub clean those toys that kids get yucky. Which, of course, is all the toys they touch! The brand on this is Attitude Nature Plus.
I hope you guys can snag whatever items it is you need this week from Well.ca. I seriously want to post this in the hopes that you can get some of these incredible deals before they’re gone. And as a helpful reminder: Shipping is FREE on Well.ca when you spend $35 or more.

Am I the only one who gets super excited when Burt’s Bees stuff goes on sale? Oh come on, admit it! You love Burt’s Bees too, just like I do. But my very favourite product of theirs is their classic, original peppermint lip balm.
It’s all natural! The ingredients in this soothing balm are: Beeswax, coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, peppermint oil (which gives this balm that awesome zing on your lips!), lanolin, tocopherol, rosemary leaf extract, soybean oil, canola oil and limonene.
Allergy warning: Contains soy.
Never contains parabens, phthalates, petrolatum, or SLS. It’s just important to know what nasty stuff ISN’T in this balm, right?
Peppermint oil naturally plumps up your lips! Who knew? We can have nice, moisturized and plumped up lips for under three bucks. Not too shabby…

Hello fellow book lovers! I’ve just had a very fun time perusing BookOutlet.ca for some of the best new bargain books available. During this ongoing pandemic we have more time than ever to enjoy some quality reading time, and so I hope you’ll be able to take advantage of some of these book bargains. Enjoy! (And make sure to brew up a cup of tea or coffee to wrap one hand around, while the other is lovingly holding a new book! Pure bliss…)
So far I’ve personally ordered from BookOutlet twice, and even when the shipping times were slower due to the pandemic – I was super pleased with both orders. The first time it took around 3 weeks to arrive, but my latest order only took less than 2 weeks to get here. And considering that the shipping is free, I thought that was very reasonable.
And when that box of books arrives, well, it’s a pretty exciting time! My cat Milo is also excited, because he gets to play with the box and the heavy-duty packing paper the order arrives in. We all win!
Extra 20% on all books right now! These prices will be shown, below.

This may not be a very glamorous post, but if like me you’re starting to re-stock your pantry from the beginning of the pandemic, then this might be an important post after all! Cans of Heinz baked beans are an excellent pantry standard – they’re a good source of protein and they taste delicious, too. Amazon has been low on most types of baked beans lately, but I managed to find this variety in stock: the Maple baked beans.
This is an Add-On product at Amazon. Add-on items are low-cost items that are available to purchase with a total of $25.00 of products purchased at the same time. This way we can purchase small items that wouldn’t normally be available with free shipping! When I’m placing an Amazon order anyway, I always add on (ha!) a few of these items to top up the pantry. It certainly never hurts to have a few extra cans of food around nowadays.
