Best grocery deals in Calgary this week – July 17-23, 2025

Hey everyone in Calgary! Or at least all of those looking for some deals this week. I search through the flyers so you don’t have to – these are the best loss leaders of the week at grocery stores in the Calgary, Alberta area. Have another great deal you found? Leave a comment.

For now, let’s go find those deals, shall we??

NO Frills

  • Pork tenderloin $3.49/lb
  • Cherries $2.49/lb – Best price of the week!
  • Schneider’s bacon $4 (375 gram pack) – Same price on Juicy Jumbos hot dogs or smoked sausages too
  • No Name Chicken burgers, nuggets or strips $6 (and 1000 points back on the app – so that’s like $1 back)
  • Ziggy’s sliced deli meats – 175 grams – $3.50 and 1000 PC Optimum points back on the app. If you don’t have the app, it’s really worth it to download it. The points add up pretty quickly.
  • Lilydale breakfast sausages $4.49 each
  • Astro yogurt or Black Diamond processed cheese slices (22 slices per pack) $3

Safeway and Sobeys deals

  • Tomatoes on the vine $0.99/lb

  • 50% off ready to eat curry from the deli – I want to give this a try! And half price this week means this might very well be the week I do!
  • Compliments pink salmon $3.99 (Pretty good for canned salmon now – those prices have really gone up.)

  • Maple leaf Natural Selections deli meat $5.99
